But if you start to understand, the catch becomes obvious. The fact is that here, as in real life, there is no place for almighty heroes. According to the developers, no matter what happens in their world, it should be as reliable as possible. Note: Despite the loud term “fantasy realism”, there are things that you cannot call realistic in The Dark Eye. The most powerful example is the equality of women and men in most peoples. Reasonable in terms of tolerance, but historically it is never reliable. But in what other role systems will be able to try on the role of the royal messenger or buffoonery?
